Admission into Pacific Comprehensive College is by a competitive entrance
examination.
The tests cover English, Mathematics, Quantitative and Verbal aptitude as well
as general knowledge for entrants into J. S. 1.
SS1 entrants will be tested in their core subjects.
Students for admission into other classes shall be required to write tests that
cover their core subjects in addition to English and Mathematics.
A prescribed minimum score must be met by each candidate.
PUPILS REQUIREMENTS ON
ADMISSION
(i) Pupils must show evidence of physical and mental fitness by submitting a
medical certificate of fitness
(ii) Parents are advised to disclose any peculiar ailments of their children.
(iii) All boarders are to provide all the items listed on the boarding
requirements.
(iv) No pupil will be admitted to the Boarding House without a Comprehensive
Medical Report and History. A health Insurance Certificate is also required from
boarders.
(v) Parents must provide all the compulsory text books as listed alongside the
exercise books required.

SCHEDULE OF FEES
The schedule of fees for the current session is provided on a separate leaflet
and shall be given with the admission letter. The list of requirements for both
day and boarding students will also accompany the admission letter.
MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees shall be paid into the school’s designated banks. In the alternative,
Bank Draft may be drawn in the college’s name. No cash payments will be accepted
in the school.

TRANSFER STUDENTS
Students other than those admited into JS 1 or SS 1 through the entrance
Examination must produce necessary transfer documents from their previous
schools. This must include their previous results and Transfer Certificates and
evidence that they were not indebted to their previous schools. A transfer fee
of N5,000 is payable for each transfer student.
TRANSFER TO OTHER SCHOOLS
Students who wish to transfer to other schools must give a term’s notice or pay
a N10,000 fee in lieu of notice. Transfer students must not be indebted to the
college.
